At Mister Coffee Station (MCS), we strongly believe and advocate that every single cup of coffee must be freshly brewed. Fresh brewed coffee means the coffee is brewed only when your request is taken. Coffee brewed-on-demand is the only way to ensure all at MCS will get to experience and enjoy the ultimate fresh cup of coffee~ each and every time!

Why Fresh Brew?
Coffee has to be served at its peak time. Peak time is the few minutes when the coffee is just right for consumption after brewing (depending on brewing method).
Thus, Peak time here does not necessary mean only temperature.
When doing bulk brew, a barista will normally to keep the coffee warm until being sold off. However and unknowing to most, the quality of the coffee will start deteriorating in the minutes right after it is brewed, no matter how hard they try to keep it warm. The end result is one of unfulfilled taste and dissatisfaction. We are aware most connoisseurs will not compromise with the quality of their brews, so do we! At MCS we insist and commit on the best – brew only on demand!!

How we prepare our fresh brew coffee?
We use Coffee Pods to prepare our fresh brew coffee. Coffee Pods is pre-packed ground coffee in food grade filter paper. Coffee Pods have special shape and are to be used with designated coffee machines or adaptors. Coffee Pods are produced according to International Standards and specifications. In other words, you get the same shapes of Coffee Pods everywhere!

Why we choose Coffee Pods as our method to prepare fresh brew coffee?
The reasons that have compelled us to insist on using only Coffee Pods for our preparation of fresh brew coffee are always the same – freshness, quality and consistency in every cup brewed.  Add to it, there is also convenience and freedom of choice in blend and taste discrepancies, allowing for your satisfaction cup after cup!
